Automotive Biller

$24.00-$27.00 per hour

Habberstad BMW, a premier luxury automotive dealership with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our accounting team. Responsibilities: Process new and used vehicle sales billing quickly and accurately Verify vehicle deal paperwork for completeness and compliance Submit contracts to financial institutions and follow up on funding Post transactions to the general ledger Prepare and submit DMV documentation Communicate with the sales department, banks, and management to resolve any discrepancies Ensure timely and accurate reporting Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of automotive billing experience required Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and documentation Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management systems preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Positive and professional work environment Opportunities for growth within a respected BMW dealership If you're an experienced automotive biller looking to take the next step in your career with a trusted name in the industry, we want to hear from you!
